Return policy

We think it is important that you are happy with your purchase. You can return the purchase if it does not meet your requirements. This also applies to items in the sale. You can return the products within 14 days of delivery, with the original labels attached and in the original packaging. You have the option of trying on the product at home. However, if the product has been used, damaged and / or washed, we unfortunately cannot take it back.

 

How does a return work?

Step 1. Send an email to: hi@saintsteve.nl with your order number and which items you would like to return.

Step 2. Information is sent on how to request a return label.
Step 3. Print the return label and send it to a parcel shop if desired.

** Do not forget to add the invoice document to the return order. This way we know which order belongs to which shipment 😊

 

What can not be returned?

  • Worn, used, damaged or washed products
  • Products that are not in their original condition
  • Products without labels / original packaging
  • Underwear
     

Is it possible to exchange my order?

Unfortunately, exchange is not an option for Saint Steve. If an item is not to your liking, the item can be returned. As soon as this item has been returned to us, we will credit it. A new order can therefore be placed through our webshop.

 

What are the costs of returning?

You can easily and quickly create a label via our Sendcloud return portal. The costs are only € 4.95 and we will bear the rest of the costs. Therefore, € 4.95 will be withheld when crediting the amount.

 

When will the payment be refunded?

If your purchase is returned according to our return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount including any shipping costs within 5 working days. This is therefore exclusive of the € 4.95 return costs.

It takes a few days before the order is returned to us. We strive to process the returns within 14 working days.
